Like a lot of Italian-American families, I grew up believing my mom made the best chicken cutlets in the world. And like a lot of people, I've had a million ideas over the years that never went anywhere.

This one's different. Or at least, I'm determined to make it different.

I'm a dad of two young boys, and somewhere along the way, I realized I want them to grow up knowing that having an idea is the easy part. It's showing up, putting in the work, and seeing something through that matters.

So I'm starting with something I know and love: my mom's chicken cutlets.

I have no idea how to build a frozen food company. But I'm going to figure it out, and I'm documenting the entire journey on TikTok (@moms.cutlets) from the wins to the mistakes and everything in between.

Maybe one day you'll find Mom's Cutlets in the freezer aisle of your local supermarket. Until then, I'd love for you to be part of the journey.
